What is RSS?
RSS is short for Really Simple Syndication. It’s a way that we can provide you with updates quickly, easily, and in an easy to use format. An RSS aggregator is a way to regularly get updates from many web sites using their RSS feeds, not just NEOinc. So that means you can have your RSS aggregator tell you when we have new information for you.
Sounds pretty cool. How does it work?
Once you decide what RSS aggregator or reader you will use, just add us to your list of subscribed feeds. While each RSS reader is unique, most offer a very simple “Add a Subscription” button or link. Initiating the “Add a Subscription” process will prompt you for the “Feed Address”.
What reader should I use?
There are many popular RSS readers available, so we won’t try to list them all here. This article should give you a basic primer of matching the right reader to your needs. For business use, two simple RSS readers to consider are: Google, and Bloglines. Both readers operate online via your web browser and are very simple to setup and use. If you use one of these readers, simply click the appropriate icon below to add our feed to your reader.
What if I’m using a different reader?
The simplest way to subscribe to one of our links is to:
- Right-click the orange feed icon
. - Select “Copy Shortcut” from the menu that appears. That shortcut is our RSS feed address.
- Right click in the “Feed Address” field in your RSS reader (after starting the feed subscription process).
- Select “Paste” from the menu that appears.
Your RSS reader will do the rest. We offer these instructions as general instructions. Each reader is different and generally offers help on how to add a specific feed.

The ability to subscribe to and read RSS Feeds in Outlook was added in Outlook 2007. Here’s a simple guide.
